In this role, you will be the voice of Maxcell, helping customers with their inquiries and resolving any issues they may have with our products or services. Your duties include answering phone calls, responding to emails, and providing solutions to customer problems. You must have excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism. Experience in customer service is preferred, but training will be provided to ensure you have all the tools you need to succeed in this role.
